General Tim Haugh is a retired U.S. Air Force four-star general who served as Commander of U.S. Cyber Command and Director of the National Security Agency, as well as Chief of the Central Security Service. Over a distinguished career spanning more than three decades, he led cyber and intelligence operations at the highest levels of the U.S. military and intelligence community.
General Haugh has commanded and served across the full spectrum of cyber and information operations, including leadership roles within the Cyber National Mission Force, Sixteenth Air Force, and Air Forces Cyber. He is widely recognized for his expertise in cyber strategy, intelligence integration, and defending national and global digital infrastructure.

Michael O’Hanlon is a Canandaigua native and the inaugural holder of the Philip H. Knight Chair in Defense and Strategy and director of research in the Foreign Policy program at the Brookings Institution. He specializes in U.S. defense strategy and budgets, the use of military force, and American national security policy. He is a long time supporter of the Ewing Forum and has served over the years as both a speaker and a moderator on numerous occasions. Michael is a member of the Ewing Forum Community Advisory Council.
